SHIPPING Free US Shipping - We now offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $75! Please allow 1-3 business days for processing of IN STOCK items . Once they are processed they will reach their destination in 5-7 business days. Please note delays due to USPS exceptions and weather related delays are beyond our control.
We ship via USPS First Class 2-5 Days or Priority Mail 1-3 Days depending on the size and weight of your order. Once an item has been shipped, we are no longer in control of delivery times. A tracking # will be provided via e-mail once your order has shipped.
The Elegant Lace is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Packages that are marked as delivered, but “not received” are the responsibility of you and your local Post Office. Please contact your local Post Office for these rare instances. Also, delayed scanning on USPS is beyond our control once the package leaves our premises.
Please Note: The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct address prior to shipping. We ship to the address provided. If it is not correct, I cannot be held responsible for that mistake.
**Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. Business days are Monday-Friday. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
*Returns are for Store Credit Only! No refunds will be issued.
*Orders eligible for return must be received in our office within 20 days of the original order date. Shipping charges are not refundable.
* Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with tags still attached. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
* Sale items, flash sale items, accessories and intimates are FINAL SALE and may not be returned. NON-RETURNABLE: Final sale items, Jewelry, Intimates, Bras, Camisoles, Slips, Socks.
*Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping safe box to be eligible for return. If there is any damage to the shoebox, your return will not be accepted.
* Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise. Please contact TheElegantLace@gmail.com or 518-588-4813 for assistance.
* Items not meeting the above guidelines will be returned to you at your expense, after 30 days all un-returnable merchandise will be donated.
*If you would like to exchange the same item for a different size, you may go ahead and place a new order for that item. We will issue a REFUND back to your original payment form for that item when your return is processed. All other returns are for store credit only.
*We recommend purchasing Tracking and noting your tracking information to ensure delivery.
* Please allow 4-6 business days for processing once your return is received. A confirmation email will be sent once the credit is available.
Order Cancellations: We cannot edit an order that has been placed. We use secure encrypted software through our web host and cannot add onto additional orders. If you need to cancel, please follow the above steps and we will be happy to do this if you order is less than 24 hours old.
If your order is less than 24 hours old you may cancel it and replace the order with a new order. To do so, please send an email to: TheElegantLace@gmail.com with your order number(s) that need cancelled. The orders will be cancelled and followed up with a confirmation email to confirm such, along with your refund. Please check your bulk/spam email folder for correspondence from us.
All Pre-Orders must be paid in advance to reserve your item and will ship in 1-2 weeks.
****If you are Purchasing In Stock and Pre-Order items we suggest putting them in 2 separate transactions so that your In Stock items will ship as soon as possible. If the items are all on the same transaction they will NOT ship until all items are In Stock.
